We are looking for a Senior Service Designer to create, visualize and implement concepts, to design Service Design solutions along with our Clients.
You must be able to use design and communication tools (storyboards, system maps, …) and to define the single project goals (timing, budget, costs) by monitoring and making sure that all the milestones and deadlines are met while facilitating a dynamic stream of information and feedback both within the team and with the Client.
You are also curious, versatile, able to identify innovation elements from the digital world by interpreting and redesigning contents and projects with Service Design tools.
- BA or MA in Service Design
- Excellent knowledge of design and communication tools
- Relevant experience in dealing with digital projects
- Strong experience working in business environments (including international ones), in the service and consultancy sectors
- Excellent English (nice to have: fluent French, to be used in international business contexts)
