Internal trainer: a key role in the company
How can we redesign this profession in changing businesses? Maria Grazia Gasparoni, Manager of Education at Logotel, tells us in her video-interview

We live in state of constant flux in which short timeframes and complexities present businesses with new challenges. There are a growing number of change management projects, the role of human resources is evolving, company functions are being reorganised and professions are being redesigned. Changes are also taking place in the area of training and blended learning – which combines classroom courses with online and/or mobile learning - is just the first step in a transformation in which times and places are also becoming more flexible.
Today we no longer simply talk about “training” but about learning, about personal and collective challenges. In this sense, focusing on tailor-made experiences for people is crucial.
Training is distributed, learning must be continuous in companies staffed by different generations, which contribute value in different ways but which also have diverging needs and expectations.
So how do we get people to do “old” and new things in a new way or as part of broader processes of change? How do we create unique and valuable experiences for them? How do we enable them to express and develop their potential?
How do we alternate ongoing training with physical training meetings designed with figures that support people’s growth in an experiential way?
The “Train the trainer” course is one of Logotel’s answers to these new urgent requirements which need new “hubs” in the company - activators, motivated people trained to facilitate change processes, to stimulate but also to efficiently and effectively disseminate the company’s “what’s, how’s and why’s”.
This intensive course is conceived and designed to support both qualified trainers that want to enrich their skills and people with different expertise and roles that are chosen by their companies to take on the increasingly strategic role of internal trainer.
“I think the motto of these people should be Be Ready”, says Maria Grazia Gasparoni, Manager of Education at Logotel, which works every day to develop training systems to support people’s growth.
Why do these figures need to “be ready” at all times?
